Jason A. Baird has always loved public service and government.  He knew what it was like to love public service growing up in a family of teachers and school administrators.  Jason’s Mom was a high school business education teacher and later a school district technology director.  Jason’s father was a football coach, teacher, principal and later superintendent.  This influence on Jason led to his work in Washington, DC working for one of Kentucky’s Congressman, in state governement as a communications director for Kentucky’s State Treasurer’s Office and eventually representing clients in Frankfort and Washington DC.

Jason graduated with honors from Georgetown College with a major in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. Jason played football at Georgetown College and was a two time letterman.  Georgetown was the 1999 National Runner-up in NAIA in Jason’s senior year.   Jason and his wife Courtney have two adorable children.  Anna Pryor is almost 3 and Collin is 3 weeks.  Jason enjoys playing racketball and watching Kentucky and Georgetown football.
